Job Description
Drive sales and acquire new clients for contracted development of game and video content production.

  • Build and manage relationships with both new and existing client

  • Negotiate and coordinate with external companies, partners and collaborators

  • Organize and manage exhibition booths and business meetings at industry events

  • Liaise with internal departments and teams

Application Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese

  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative independently

Desired Qualifications

  • English language skills

  • Extensive interest and daily engagement with the entertainment industry (games, films, etc.)

  • Experience in business development or as a producer

Base Salary

  • Salary is based on qualifications and experience.

Employment Status

  • Full-time employee, contract Worker (both have a 6-month probationary period)

  • 10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch break)

  • Core hours: 11:00-16:00

  • Work at the Tokyo office is required (remote work is negotiable)
