Job Description
Drive sales and acquire new clients for contracted development of game and video content production.
Build and manage relationships with both new and existing client
Negotiate and coordinate with external companies, partners and collaborators
Organize and manage exhibition booths and business meetings at industry events
Liaise with internal departments and teams
Application Requirements
Business-level proficiency in Japanese
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative independently
Desired Qualifications
English language skills
Extensive interest and daily engagement with the entertainment industry (games, films, etc.)
Experience in business development or as a producer
Base Salary
Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
Employment Status
Full-time employee, contract Worker (both have a 6-month probationary period)
10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch break)
Core hours: 11:00-16:00
Work at the Tokyo office is required (remote work is negotiable)
