Job Description
As a Corporate IT and Internal Helpdesk, you will be responsible for building, operating, and improving our internal IT environment. This is a crucial position that supports our creative production teams, contributing to daily operational efficiency and the stability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Device Management: Kitting, initial setup, and ongoing maintenance of PCs and various devices.
Procurement: Ordering and inventory management of devices, including PCs, peripherals, and accessories.
Infrastructure Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical improvements for internal systems and networks.
License Management: Managing licenses and subscriptions for software and SaaS products.
Account Administration: Managing user accounts across internal services and platforms.
Network Administration: Maintaining the internal LAN network, including basic equipment setup and coordination of cabling or vendor support when needed.
Security: Applying best practices for access control, data protection, and prevention of information leakage.
Requirements
Business-level Japanese skills or higher
Experience providing internal IT support or helpdesk services in a business environment.
Practical experience setting up and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and user accounts.Basic working knowledge of networks, hardware, and common business IT tools.
General understanding of IT security principles and safe handling of company data.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in creative, video production, or game development environments.Familiarity with Adobe, Autodesk, or similar creative software.
Experience handling specialized or role-specific hardware requirements.
Experience managing game development equipment (e.g., development kits or consoles).
Knowledge of PC assembly or custom system configuration.
Exposure to version control systems or development environments.
Experience proactively proposing IT environment improvements or operational efficiencies.
Base Salary
Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
