Job Description
As a game designer, you will contribute to the creation of exciting new games for PC, consumer, and mobile devices. Your responsibilities will include:
Participate in the general game design process for the development of innovative games across different platforms
Craft detailed plans and specifications to guide the game development process
Efficiently manage and coordinate development schedules and tasks to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct thorough test plays and make precise balance adjustments to ensure optimal gameplay experiences
Application Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of verifiable work experience in a similar role (required for a Japanese visa)
Experience in game development as a game planner for more than 2 games (3 years)
Have a strong passion for video games and play them on a daily basis
Experience with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowePoint, etc.)
Able to communicate proactively in a team-oriented manner
Desirable Experiences:
Proficiency in game development with Unreal Engine
Knowledge of programming and DCC tools
Base Salary
Salary is based on qualifications and experience. TBD during the interview.

Full-time employee, contract Worker (both have a 6-month probationary period)
10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch break)
Core hours: 11:00-16:00
This role is primarily on-site at our Tokyo office
