Job Description
As a game designer, you will contribute to the creation of exciting new games for PC, consumer, and mobile devices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in the general game design process for the development of innovative games across different platforms

  • Craft detailed plans and specifications to guide the game development process

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate development schedules and tasks to ensure smooth project execution

  • Conduct thorough test plays and make precise balance adjustments to ensure optimal gameplay experiences

Application Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of verifiable work experience in a similar role (required for a Japanese visa)

  • Experience in game development as a game planner for more than 2 games (3 years)

  • Have a strong passion for video games and play them on a daily basis

  • Experience with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowePoint, etc.)

  • Able to communicate proactively in a team-oriented manner


Desirable Experiences:

  • Proficiency in game development with Unreal Engine

  • Knowledge of programming and DCC tools

Base Salary

  • Salary is based on qualifications and experience. TBD during the interview.

Employment Status

  • Full-time employee, contract Worker (both have a 6-month probationary period)

  • 10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch break)

  • Core hours: 11:00-16:00

  • This role is primarily on-site at our Tokyo office
