プロジェクトマネージャーとして、様々なCG制作プロジェクトの進行管理業務全般を担当していただきます。著名なアーティストと一緒に仕事をしたり、世界的な人気IP作品の制作に携わったりできるチャンスがあります。

• スケジュール作成、進捗、タスクの管理

• クライアント企業や関係会社の渉外対応

• 社内の制作チームや関連部署との折衝、調整作業

• トラブル時の対応、ワークフロー改善やタスク効率化

• 制作チームへの必要機材やライセンス等の手配

• 契約書締結、資料作成等の事務作業

As a Project Manager at AREA35, you will be responsible for the overall progress management of various CG production projects. You will have the opportunity to work with famous artists and be involved in the production of world-popular IP works.

• Manage schedules, progress, and tasks

• Liaison with client companies and affiliated companies

• Negotiate and coordinate with internal production teams and related departments

• Troubleshoot, improve workflow and maximize task efficiency

• Arrange necessary equipment, licenses, etc. for production teams

• Perform administrative work such as concluding contracts and preparing documents

Requirements

• エンターテインメント業界、またはIT業界での制作進行業務の経験

• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

• 基本的なOfficeの使用スキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint等)

• チーム思考で積極的なコミュニケーションが行える

• A Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of verifiable work experience in a similar role (required for a Japanese visa)

• Experience in the entertainment industry or IT industry

• Native-level Japanese language skills

• Business-level English skills

• Basic Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Must be able to communicate in a team environment

• 3DCG制作におけるワークフローや専門知識の理解

• Experience in sales

• Experience in team management and leadership

• Understanding of workflow and expertise in 3DCG production
