Job Description
As a Project Manager at AREA35, you will be responsible for the overall progress management of various CG production projects. You will have the opportunity to work with famous artists and be involved in the production of world-popular IP works.
Manage schedules, progress, and tasks
Liaison with client companies and affiliated companies
Negotiate and coordinate with internal production teams and related departments
Troubleshoot, improve workflow and maximize task efficiency
Arrange necessary equipment, licenses, etc. for production teams
Perform administrative work such as concluding contracts and preparing documents
Application Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of verifiable work experience in a similar role (required for a Japanese visa)
Experience in the entertainment industry or IT industry
Native-level Japanese language skills
Business-level English skills
Basic Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must be able to communicate in a team environment
The ideal candidate will also have:
Experience in sales
Experience in team management and leadership
Understanding of workflow and expertise in 3DCG production
Base Salary
Salary is based on qualifications and experience. TBD during the interview.
Employment Status
Full-time employee, contract Worker (both have a 6-month probationary period)
10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch break)
Core hours: 11:00-16:00
This role is primarily on-site at our Tokyo office
